The process starts with an INTERVIEW in which we discuss your needs, your ideas, and your existing collateral material.

From this point, we fill out a detailed PROJECT ASSESSMENT FORM that begins to develop the foundation for your project.

Within one week, we have prepared for you a detailed PROPOSAL that sketches the presentation format and suggested content.

Our content development team works with you to round up the necessary material, to DEVELOP A PLAN for preparing original content, and to compile working documents that will form the basis for your presentation. Our design team begins to digest the content to prepare a fresh, contemporary look for your presentation. We believe communication is central—we're with you all the way.

We present you with several design approaches that we incrementally refine to capture the look you want. We STORYBOARD the whole project in advance so that you know exactly what to expect. This whole process usually takes only two to four weeks.

With the FINAL DESIGN, FLOWCHART, and STORYBOARD prepared, we move on to the implementation. We're giving you updates as frequently as you desire so you can impress your boss with the work in progress (maybe you'll get a promotion!). And typically within four to eight weeks, we're done!
